About Me!
I love my work! It is always an honor for me to be a part of each of my client’s journeys. I am stunned by the courage it takes to show up and share one’s story. Each client, I believe, is a physical, relational, spiritual, social and emotional being with the ability to grow and learn from whatever circumstances they are facing.
I endeavor to meet clients on their level and connect with their individual and unique needs.
I honor and respect the insight each client brings to his or her own journey of healing. I appreciate that shifts in life are more about progress than perfection.
Compassion for my clients is at the center of my work. I possess an authentic interest in each clients individual journey.

My Journey
I decided to go back to school as a mom of five children. It wasn’t easy for me, but I felt the call to become a counselor because of my own journey and experience with counseling. It is through my pain that I found my passion and I bring that to my work.
Outside of the therapy room my favorite things are playing and laughing with my family, hiking, running, yoga, creating music, and writing. I also love reading (usually books related to my work), and am always learning. I am doing my best to choose to grow right alongside my clients.
